I hope people are having a good Memorial Day.
Over the past few months I’ve been doing a much more balanced and regimented approach to my schedule, which has been a great thing, however my productivity had taken a bit of a hit due to my time being divided over many more tasks each day. It has been worth it though, my health and appearance are much improved and I’m in a routine that is much more effective overall.
When there is only a relatively small slice of time each day to work on an ongoing task it can continue for what seems to be an eternity though, so I’ve been modifying my planning system as necessary.
This month I’m going to push more toward optimal productivity while also keeping within the system in order to try to have the best of both worlds. I’m going to focus more on specific tasks in two day blocks without sleeping during that time except for a nap. It is very practical to do that with a lot of types of tasks.
The past month was not as productive as I was hoping, but I did get a lot of tasks completed that are key for being more rapidly productive with subsequent tasks this month. Never underestimate how much or how little you can accomplish in a day.
_______
I posted last year about chronic health problems I was having where all my muscles were incredibly sore for well over a month due to a source of inflammation inside of my body. I’m glad that I was able to diagnose myself and treat it from information on the internet without needing to see a doctor. I simply drank a lot of water every day to flush the inflammation out of my body, and to eliminate the source of the inflammation I drank large amounts of wheatgrass juice (an entire tray of it every day), and I ate dried apricot kernels every day. After a few weeks I stopped drinking the wheatgrass juice and eating the apricot kernels as a test, and indeed the source of inflammation was completely gone. I’m sure that it wouldn’t have gone away by itself.
Wheatgrass juice is said to have potent anti-cancer properties since it is loaded with Nitrilosides (as the apricot kernels also are), but I don’t know what my ailment actually was. I certainly didn’t have any sort of a flu-like disease though. If my ailment was in fact actually cancer then going to a doctor could have been a bad situation as they wouldn’t have told me to just drink wheatgrass juice!
See this article that examines questions of if Nitrilosides can eliminate cancer. I think it is strange that there isn’t “proof” about that either way when theoretically it would actually be feasible to determine that. But after seeing how almost nobody out of a world of billions of people cares about Covid being a fraud and the vaccines being deadly, nothing should surprise me. (Note that the excerpt video in that article is offline, I need to remake it.)
[NOTE though— I’m not a doctor, and if anyone out there is in fact diagnosed with cancer I wouldn’t suggest ignoring a doctor’s recommendations, but I do think you should aggressively ingest a safe amount of Nitrilosides as soon as possible to see if it has an effect before embarking on any potentially harmful traditional treatments such as toxic chemotherapy. If you have a window of a few weeks anyway you would be crazy not to do that. For example if you drink a large tray’s worth of wheatgrass juice each day split into three sessions of morning, noon, and evening, along with eating three apricot kernels with each meal, you will receive a large daily dose of Nitrilosides along with numerous other vitamins and nutrients.
Be prepared for the doctor to condemn Nitrilosides as quackery (as he would also likely condemn treatments for Covid such as Hydroxychloroquine in favor of vaccines that are proven to be useless, toxic, and deadly.) You could ask the doctor what he thinks the risks of Covid were and the potential danger of the Covid vaccines in order to gauge how much you can trust him about anything else. Many doctors are knowingly corrupt, as the Covid situation demonstrated.
I sometimes see a claim that eating more than only one or two apricot kernels a day is dangerous, but I often eat three before meals with no problems at all. Personally I doubt that eating just two a day would be effective if you actually have a health condition that needs them. It is theoretically possible to overdose on Nitrilosides though, so be careful and keep that in mind.
Also for some reason I often see it claimed that “getting enemas” is suggested along with consuming Nitrilosides for treating cancer, but I don’t see why that would be necessary.]
_______
I can’t fathom why more people in the world haven’t been doing something about the Covid situation or the other issues. I wonder if many people have been “holding off” waiting for the resolution to happen, and that concerns me because a lot of time has been passing by.
When the resolution finally does happen, there will need to be time for me to be informed about what has happened so things can be configured most effectively, and of course configuring things will also take time, however I will be able to organize many things almost right away even while I’m configuring other things for the longer term.
I’m worried that people will try to claim that there isn’t enough time for things to be configured as effectively as possible, and thus expect me to instead be involved with pre-configurations from the situation. However that would be catastrophic for many reasons due to the circumstances— such as due to potential accumulations of people who are opposed to the agendas that I want to advocate for. For example, people who would want to advocate that the government mandates transvestite surgery for children (or any of the other harmful leftist agendas) could be a in a position to cause harm in the organizations.
It will be a big problem if people have been claiming to supposedly be organizing things “for me.” I suppose there are certain things that people could be doing to help in the meantime, but if it makes the situation not be natural and comfortable for me after the resolution due to me somehow being robbed of my essential decisions, it would be catastrophic.
I don’t need to have a large amount of amount of people involved, especially right away, but I do need to have clarity, which is the only thing that true health and effectiveness will be able to stem from.
Of course I’ve never said that people can’t do things for themselves, but rather I don’t want people to organize groups claiming they are doing it “for me,” as I’ve been warning against doing for years.
I’m sure that things will be fine. The healthiest approach is for me to expect almost nothing except for a resolution. Everything will be great after that point, where progression will be comfortable and natural for everyone involved.
