The world is going crazy, are things that are happening even real? For example how can such horrible things be happening with the vaccines, yet nothing is being done about it? It would be great if that was some sort of an elaborate hoax, but I don’t think it is. It is mind boggling to me that more people don’t care about what is happening.
For the people who are paying attention to what is going on, it is an important lesson in how all aspects of human society including the media are covertly controlled by a single group of people.
The past month or so has been very productive for me. I’ve been taking care of important apartment tasks that I’ve been putting off for a long time, as well as continuing to configure the computer systems.
I’m now implementing a scheduled daily routine that facilitates a very balanced approach to the tasks I’m working on. I’m making great progress and there is always more that I can do. I’m confident that I’m going to stick with the new routine that I’ve been tweaking as I go along.
Previously my focus was much more lopsided, which was effective in accomplishing the specific tasks I was working on, but it was at the expense of neglecting other important realms.
The planning system that I’m now implementing is based on Tony Robbins’ “The Time of Your Life” program, where he details how to identify and equally address all of the fundamental “spokes” of your “wheel of life,” with each spoke being a primary realm that you need to address on a consistent basis. The concept of the “wheel of life” is that all of the spokes must be equally fulfilled through a balanced implementation of your planning system in order for the wheel to turn the most effectively. For example:
— There is a “self-management” spoke that is also a “sub-wheel” that contains spokes such as “habit replacement / improvement” and “life planning.”
— There is an “emotional” spoke that is also a sub-wheel that includes spokes such as “self-improvement research and development” and “satisfying your six human needs.”
— There is a “spiritual connection” spoke.
— And there is an “all other tasks” spoke which is also a sub-wheel that contains spokes of sub-wheels such as “apartment tasks”, “technical projects”, “business / finances”, and “physical health.”
I’m still able to focus my attention primarily on particular tasks while using this planning system, such as on apartment tasks and on technical computer tasks. You don’t necessarily need to spend equal “time” on each of the spokes, but rather you only need to ensure that they are all at least effectively being addressed in a consistent manner.
I was initially implementing a variation of that system some years previously, but I have refined my implementation of it to make it more effective for me to use on a consistent basis. I’m continuing to develop my implementation of it, and it is already having a great effect. It will be very effective to use once the resolution happens as well.
One aspect of my more balanced routine is getting back into preparing a variety of healthy food every day. I’ve accumulated a treasure trove of vegan recipes a few years previously, so I already have that information prepped to be made use of.
A new aspect of food that I’m focusing on much more is implementing “portion control” which has allowed me to reach and maintain a slim target weight while still also eating a lot of great food. I’m also drinking a lot of Wheatgrass juice every day, so my body is constantly full of vitamins and nutrients. I feel great.
See the NOITV raw food article that talks about many of my favorite sources of raw food information.
Also some of my favorite non-raw cookbooks that I’m also using right now are:
Real Vegetarian Thai — This is definitely one of my favorite cookbooks. All of the recipes are incredibly delicious.
Caribbean Vegan — This is amazing authentic spicy vegan Caribbean food. I find certain similarities between it and Thai food to be interesting, such as with the use of Lemongrass.
Vegan Tacos: Authentic & Inspired Recipes for Mexico’s Favorite Street Food — This is delicious genuine Mexican food, which is different than the versions that are usually served in the U.S.
Vegan Soups and Hearty Stews for All Seasons — This book contains delicious soups and stews of all types. It is by Nava Atlas who also wrote “Wild About Greens.”
I have a lot of other great cookbooks too, as well as a lot of favorite recipe websites.
I plan to eventually communicate about food related issues much more along with all of the other information.
Once I’m finished with my planned apartment tasks and additional configurations of the computer systems, I will be focusing more on developing the website system again until the resolution happens. I will be glad to delegate tasks once it is possible, and I’ve mostly been focusing on tasks that I really need to do myself anyway, so not much time is being wasted in the meantime.
Will the resolution happen today? We will see. If not, I will getting back to working on things. It definitely should happen soon though.
I hope all is well..
